The Registrar of Insurance and Retirement Funds (RIRF) hereby advises all insurers, clients of Light of Life Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd and the general public that the brokerage registration license for Light of Life Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd has not been renewed and that Light of Life Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd is prohibited from transacting as an insurance brokerage with effect from 28 February 2014, due to the failure to comply with the Insurance Act, 2005. The insurance industry and the public are advised to cease any dealings that they may have with Light of Life Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd or Mr. Phinda Thembinkhosi Phiri with immediate effect. Clients are advised to deal with the insurers directly.
